Exodus 18 – Why God Sends a Jethro Before Your Sinai

Immediately afterward, Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, arrived. This sequence is intentional.

Before God brought Israel to Mount Sinai to receive His commandments, He first addressed how His people were being led.

Jethro instructed Moses to appoint men who feared God, loved truth, and rejected dishonest gain. God values integrity above talent.

4. Delegation Is A Kingdom Principle

God never intended one person to carry every burden. Healthy ministry equips others rather than creating dependence.

5. Some People Are Seasonal Assignments

Jethro entered Moses' life, fulfilled his assignment, and departed. Not everyone God sends is meant to remain forever.
