Eligibility
Refunds are offered for damaged, defective or incorrect items, and for eligible returns received in original condition within [14] days of delivery.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned by Interac e-Transfer to the email used for the order, typically within [5–7] business days of the return being received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
