Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within [14] days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns
Unopened items in original, resalable condition may be returned within [14] days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
For the reverence of the material, opened Bibles and personalized or clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
How to start a return
Email orders@kingdomstore.ca with your order reference and a short note (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged). We’ll reply with return instructions. Approved refunds are issued per our Refund Policy.
