It began with a burden — not a campaign.
Before Kingdom Store was ever a store, it was a prayer. This is that story — and an invitation to join what God has already begun.
The story
The bus-stop ministry
After a 40-day season of prayer and fasting, God placed a burden on our family — simply to help people encounter His Word. So we began quietly. Late at night we drove across the Greater Toronto Area, leaving carefully wrapped Bibles — each tucked beside a small booklet called “Father’s Love Letter” — at GO stations, universities, and busy bus stops.
“Lord… let the right person find this.”
We never knew who would find them — someone grieving, someone lonely, someone quietly wondering whether God still saw them. We simply prayed His Word would reach them long before we ever could.
The journey
How the burden grew
We never set out to build anything. God kept expanding the same burden, one step at a time.
The bus-stop ministry
Wrapped Bibles, left for strangers in the night.
Churches began to ask
Congregations needed Bibles and resources they couldn’t easily find.
Tamil families were waiting
Many waited months for a relative to carry a Bible from India or Sri Lanka, paid far too much, or went without.
Kingdom Store
So God’s Word would never be financially out of reach — especially in the language of the heart.
